Meet Jordan – Manager, Six Mile.
How did you get started in the liquor industry, and what’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned along the way?
I felt that I needed a change, so I decided to give this industry a shot. While my first choice didn’t work out, it gave me the opportunity to join the team at Six Mile, and I quickly realized this was where I wanted to be.
I’ve been here for more than a decade now, and I’m always learning. This industry is constantly changing, with new products and customers’ evolving palates always keeping things interesting.
What’s your most memorable experience on the job?
My team! I’ve worked with some amazing people over the years. Together, we’ve created a great environment and culture to work in, while making Six Mile an enjoyable place for our valued customers and members to visit and shop.
What’s your go-to drink to impress a crowd?
My go-to drinks are Forty Creek Whisky, a smooth favourite my dad and I have shared over the years, and Steamworks Non-Alcoholic Radler, a light and refreshing option with just the right amount of grapefruit flavour—perfect for hot summer days!
What’s a hidden gem product customers should know about?

What’s a surprising fact or talent you have outside of work?
I was an avid skateboarder in my younger days and am currently attempting a comeback!
