How to make a delicious Caesar:
- Lime wedge & celery salt for rim
- Ice
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 3oz Clamato juice
- 1-3 dashes hot sauce
- 1.5 oz vodka
- Black pepper
- Celery, pickles, olives, (optional garnishes)
- Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass to wet.
- Sprinkle celery salt on a plate and dip a glass into it to coat the rim (the lime juice helps the celery salt to stick).
- Add ice to glass and pour in clamato juice, vodka, Worcestershire, hot sauce, fresh squeezed lime juice and black pepper, stir it up.
- Garnish to your heart’s content!
Some fun twists!
- Add 1 oz pickle juice
- Add horseradish to spice things up
- Garnish with bacon, pepperoni stickers or pickled green beans (or all three!)
