Embracing Local Craft Beer on Vancouver Island.
One of the joys of living on Vancouver Island is the abundance of local breweries that offer a variety of options to suit every beer lover’s palate. From refreshing IPAs to sours to stouts, there is something for everyone to enjoy. So, next time you reach for a cold one, consider opting for a locally brewed beer and toast to supporting the vibrant craft beer scene on Vancouver Island.
One of our local brewery partners is Red Arrow Brewing in the Cowichan Valley – they offer more than you’d expect:
1) How long have you been in business?
We opened in June of 2015 and haven’t looked back! Things have changed a lot since then; we now have a kitchen open 7 days a week, full-service, family-friendly lounge, and spacious, pet-friendly patio with lots of room!
2)How many beers do you have in your rotation?
We have 12 taps pouring at the brewery. We offer 6 core styles year-round, and 6 more taps with seasonal and experimental releases coming out every couple of weeks.
3) What is your most popular product?
Our most popular product is our Mixer 12-pack. It features 4 of our super drinkable core brands, our Laketown Lager, Old Style Lager, Kustom Kolsch, and Piggy Pale Ale. A great pick with something for everyone!
4) What sets you apart?
We pride ourselves on making tasty, approachable beers that blend our passion for innovative brewing and serving the tastes of our local community.
